[Expo] If you are coming by train, enter through the East Gate & buy a stamp book first

If you are going to the Osaka-Kansai Expo by train, make sure to select the "East Gate" when making your reservation. 🚇 How to get there by subway Take the Osaka Metro Midosuji Line (towards Tennoji and Nakamozu) from Shin-Osaka Station and get off at Honmachi Station. At Honmachi Station, transfer to the Osaka Metro Chuo Line (towards Yumeshima) and get off at Yumeshima Station. It takes about 40 minutes. There is a shuttle bus, but the price is about three times higher, so it is recommended to access by train. For reference, when entering at 11:00 on a weekday in May, we were able to enter after waiting about 30 minutes after arriving at the gate. 🌏 What to do after entering As soon as you go through the gate, you will be greeted by a giant statue of the official mascot, Myakumyaku. This is the most popular photo spot. And when you go around the pavilions, you should get a stamp book, which costs 1,100 yen.
