Fluffy pancakes

Micasa does a decent brunch or breakfast menu. But if you are into fluffy pancakes, this might just be the best place to have them. Amongst the most fluffiest i have had. The pancake was super fluffy, light. And they paired perfectly with the super creamy mascarpone cream, matcha syrup. To my surprise, there was the lovely molten white-matcha chocolate in the centre of the pancake. This was the best dessert I have had in Japan. Totally worth the 20 min wait.
