It is the residence of Tamura Matazaemon, a chief retainer of the Ono Domain, built in 1827. The Former Tamura Family Residence is a building that was dismantled and restored from the residence of Tamura Matazaemon, who served as a chief retainer of the Ono Domain. It is a city-designated cultural property and one of the few samurai residences built in the Edo period in the prefecture. There are about 2000 windmills, and there are many colorful windmills outside, so it's worth seeing.
