The chef and staff double-checked when one of our friends mentioned they couldn't eat shrimp. Dining time is calculated individually, so you don't have to wait for other guests to start your meal. The restaurant has limited seating, but the beautiful traditional Japanese music creates an intimate dining experience for each party. The restaurant offers three set menus: Mamoru Course, Yaburu Course, and Hanareru Course. We chose the Yaburu Course, which included 10 pieces of sushi and 11 dishes. The highlights were the sea urchin sushi and fish dishes. Overall, the experience was highly satisfying, and I recommend adding this to your itinerary.
