The noodles are thin and steamed! Champon is known for its thick noodles, so I was surprised at how thin they were. The soup is not heavy, so it's refreshing. Curry rice made using this champon soup is incredibly delicious. It's a mild, home-style curry that I can eat, even though I don't like spicy curry. I hope you'll try both champon and curry.
