I visited the auspiciously named Koufuku Station in Obihiro City.

Due to its auspicious name, it is a popular spot that attracts many tourists. There are many young people visiting as it is a great place to take photogenic pictures. The line is now abandoned, but diesel cars that were actually used are on display. You can even go inside the train and enjoy the Showa retro atmosphere. The platform and station building remain and are free to explore. It is about a 45-minute bus ride from Obihiro City Station. There is a parking lot, so bringing your own car is convenient.
