Nandamannya Pahto Temple

#thingstodo temple is small and spectacular. It has some of the best murals in all Bagan. We arrived by car. We were alone. The temple is easy to visit. You need a flash light. You can see the birth of Price Gauthama from his mother's right hip, Buddha cutting of his hair, the temptation of Mara, etc. the murals here are perhaps, the best of all temples of the Southern plain (Lemyethna, Payathonzu, etc.). All of them are however, impressive! There is monastery close by. The monastery is nothing special. Monks will offer you to visit it in exchange of a tip. I would suggest to just visit the temple and continue your visit to other archaeological sites.
