Kelingking beach is 100% sure the most spectacular place on Nusa Penida. White sand and a piece of land shaped like a dinosaur head. The view from the top is incredible but be prepared if you want to hike down to the beach. This hike down is a 45-minute incredibly steep path.
Diamond Beach, is also famous for its incredible natural scenery with clean white sands, transparent turquoise waters, and high cliffs. The key feature here would be the rock shaped like a diamond in the shallow waters. After all, I think this diamond-like rock is what gives the beach its name.
We got here on a day trip from Seminyak… and it was an amazing and memorable trip for sure…

To get here, I booked a tour that has hotel transfer from Bali.
📍Kelingking Beach is famous for its unique rock formation that resembles the backbone of a T-Rex.
📍Angel's Billabong is a natural infinity pool facing the Indian ocean. Swimming is now prohibited.
📍Broken Beach is so named because a portion of the cliff has collapsed, creating a circular shape. Water flows through an arch that overlooks the sea, creating a circular bay.

We took fast boat from Bali island to Nusa penida. Then a driver picked us up from the port to tour around for a day. For one day trip, we could only choose whether to tour on east or west area as the timing is tight and we have to go back to the port before sunset.

It was a pleasure embarking on a trip to Nusa Pineda with Bali Sun Tours, and simply, it was fantastic.

I fell in love with this island while I was there last week. Breathtaking landscapes and motorcycle road rides that are struck by the island’s splendor is another. We stayed two nights there and I'm very glad I did this instead of a day trip, I knew from what I saw and read that I would love it, so I decided to stay for two nights. Diamond beach is one of the most beautiful beaches on Nusa Penida island. It is definitely a must visit spot to explore in your trip to Bali.
The place is stunning and magical with breathtaking views. It is a perfect spot to relax, take photos and enjoy the nature.
Unfortunately, the beach is not made for swimming or snorkelling. The current is quite dangerous and waves are big, so be careful.
It is possible to reach the beach by motorbike or car and there is a parking at the entrance.

Penida Island West Tour for One Day
Wake up at 5:30am and go on a one-day tour to the west side of Nusa Penida.
After a whole day of rushing around, being exposed to the sun, clocking in and taking photos on the assembly line, I really feel that such beautiful scenery should be enjoyed slowly while drinking coffee/afternoon tea/sunbathing/eating/soaking in a hotel, instead of only being able to see each attraction for one or two seconds and the tour guide asking "are you done?" right after taking the photo. Then most of the time during the whole trip is spent on a motorcycle/boat/minivan.
The scenery is indeed beautiful, but I still cancelled all the similar day trips afterwards.
If you have time and conditions, it is recommended to stay on the island for one or two days and play slowly.

It was beautifully designed, with stylish and comfortable furniture that perfectly complemented the beach atmosphere. This beach club have 2 pools and an ocean view, lots of lounge comfortable chair and day beds. The food and drinks were awesome, They also have friendly and attentive staffs members who were always happy to assist and make recommendations.
Highlights - Absolutely stunning ocean view, delicious food, and exceptional service, it is truly a gem among beach clubs. Also children friendly

Pristine beaches, cliffs and clear waters.. this paradise on earth is just 25km from the main Bali island! Nusa Penida is known for its instagrammable spots, manta rays, and treks. Here's a quick guide on getting to Nusa Penida from Bali:
Transport:
The only way to Nusa Penida is by fastboat. The journey will take 45 minutes each way, and boats depart from Sanur Harbour. There are various companies/timings, but a majority depart at 0730/0830 and return at 1530/1630.
Ticket Info & Cost:
IDR150.000 per person/one way. The price will vary if you book a tour package. Most travellers either book tickets through their drivers, or show up at the harbour and buy directly at the counters.
Tourist fee is IDR25.000 adults and IDR15.000 children.
Experience:
Sanur Harbour was opened this year, so it's comfortable. The fastboat ride was fine. However, arriving at Nusa Penida will require you to walk through sand/water up the beach. The island is rustic and underdeveloped, so the rides are bumpy, narrow and a bit dangerous. But, the sites and views were worth everything. Look at the pictures! You MUST see them in person.

It’s better to go in the morning and need to take fast boat from Pantai Sanur to Nusa Penida about 1 hour 45 minutes. I take one day trip in west of Nusa Penida, it cost about IDR 500,000/person, the cost is cheaper if many people join. The trip is about 7-8 hours, it includes food and drink, transportation. The Heavenly View: Nusa Penida
Nusa Penida is locared in Bali, Indonesia. The road was not that good to reach this place but it was definitely worth it. The view here is very beautiful and it is a really good place to relax your mind and just enjoy the view of stunning nature of Bali. THE WORLDS MOST FAMOUS KELENGKENG BEACH FOUND IN BALI
Are you into mountain climbing?Then this one might be added to your bucketlist.
From the port of Nusa Penida you will take an almost 1hour drive.
You will gonna pay 10KIDR to enter to Kelengkeng Beach.
From there you just gonna need extra money if you want to buy some food or drinks but remember they have more expensive than outside especially when you are down the beach itself already.
The water cost 50KIDR already.
And always take note that the steeps are very rocky especially on the middle of the cliff.
So if you’re not used to walk a very long stairs then its not recommended for you especially when going up to main entrance its 10x very tiring and extra challenges for your legs and foot. 😀
But, but its super worth it when you are already down at the beach itself.

Our first visited to Bali and we choose to visit Nusa Penida first ,the scenery was so surreal 🥹 Location need to ride by the speedboat from Jetty Sanur and it takes 45 minutes to arrive Jetty Nusa Penida . Then we drove 1 hour to reach this beautiful Diamond Beach .
Then we had lunch before go to the next destination, Kelingking Beach. Need 1 hour from Diamond Beach to reach there.Arrived at Kelingking Beach we need to hiking a bit to get the beautiful view up there. Then we moved to Paluang Cliff, 5 minutes from Kelingking Beach. There's so many ootd spot we can take the photo and moment.

Nusa Penida is divided into two parts, West & East. The east and the west are on this side of the island, so some people only visit the part they like, while others visit as much as they can by car. If you want to spend the night, there are hotels and homestays.
In West Nusa Penida, there are Kelingking Beach, Broken Beach, Angel Billabong, Crystal Bay.
On the East Nusa Penida side
There are other temples besides Diamond Beach, Atuh Beach, Thousand Island Viewpoint, Tree House.
If you go to each side of the island, it takes around 1:30 to ride east and west. We rented a motorcycle from Klook, so they delivered the motorcycle upon arrival. In Burmese currency, you can only pay around 20,000 per day. If you travel by car, it is not easy to visit both sides and the cost is about 10 times different. I paid around 200,000 / 200,000, so TD chose a motorcycle because they wanted to go backpacker.

Nusa Penida Island Bali
The island is incredibly beautiful, with sunlight reflecting off the bright blue sea. We took a one-day trip tour from Sanur Pier, departing around 7 AM. We visited five key locations, perfect for check-ins and photo ops, and returned around 3 PM. The travel time from the pier to the island is about 1 hour, and traveling between the various locations (1 to 2 to 3, etc.) takes a considerable amount of time (30-60 minutes). The roads are quite rough as they are under construction. Despite the hot weather, it is worth visiting Bali at least once.
