⏰ Tour Time: 1-2 days It is highly recommended that everyone stays overnight in Hemu to watch the morning mist and sunrise (morning mist is easier to see after rain, otherwise it's just a small patch, but it's definitely worth going to see), and in the evening to watch the sunset and the stars. · 🚗 Park Transportation: 1⃣️ There are free shuttle buses within the scenic area, which run on a loop route, starting from the transfer center station, stopping at each station in turn, and finally returning to the transfer center. Stations worth visiting: Beautiful Peak Station, Birch Forest Station. Bus operating hours: 8:30-20:30 2⃣️ There are many small electric scooters for rent, 30-50 yuan/hour, each can seat 2 people. · 🏠 Accommodation: Hemu is divided into new and old villages, with the new village having relatively better accommodation conditions, while the old village is more lively with more food and drink options. It's up to everyone to choose. If you stay in the new village and eat in the old village, it's best to catch the last bus back at 20:30, otherwise, you'll have to walk back at night, with no other transport available, and it takes more than 40 minutes. · Tips for watching the morning mist and sunrise: 1⃣️ Set off by 6 a.m. at the latest, as the park shuttle bus won't be running yet, so if you're far away, ask the hotel or B&B for local driver's phone numbers in advance, as they have resources. We chartered an SUV to take us there in the morning, 200 yuan for a one-way trip. 2⃣️ Take the car to the bottom of Hemu Bridge and climb up, it takes about 20 minutes, but it's all stairs, which can be tiring, so those with poor legs should be cautious. 3⃣️ The temperature is quite low in the morning, I went at the end of July, and wore a down jacket while waiting at the viewing platform. I was sweating from the climb and doubted if I was overdressed, but when it came time to wait, I knew bringing a down jacket was the right choice! (A lightweight down jacket is enough, and there were many wearing military coats, haha) 4⃣️ There are many vendors selling hot milk, sweet potatoes, etc., at the viewing platform. The hot milk tastes different from what we usually drink, perhaps because it's unprocessed local pure milk, which I personally didn't find tasty. · 😋 Food: Food in Hemu village is generally overpriced and not very tasty, so you can bring some dry food with you. The local ice cream is worth trying, with a strong milk flavor. For meals, 'Peach Garden Flavor Restaurant' has a decent taste. · The morning mist, thin as gossamer, quietly envelops the small village, waiting with each little wooden house for the sunrise to dress them in golden robes. As the sun slowly rises, the earth is lit up in turn, and the sleeping village gradually awakens.
