Construction of Kek Lok Si Temple began during the Qing Dynasty, and it has undergone several expansions to reach its current size. The main hall inside is resplendent. You can donate tiles for temple renovations; the amount is up to you. There's a small supermarket inside Kek Lok Si Temple where you can buy cold drinks. Drink plenty of water to stay hydrated in the heat.
