It is designed in Chinese architecture and Chinese Buddhist art from the Ming and Qing dynasties. It is a replica of the Forbidden Palace in Beijing. As for Wat Leng Noei Yi 2, this temple is a branch of Wat Leng Noei Yi in Yaowarat. This temple was built to honor His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej, Rama IX, on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of his accession to the throne in 1996. His Holiness Somdech Phra Nyanawangworn, Somdech Phra Sangkharat Sakol Maha Sanghaparinayok, presided over the laying of the foundation stone. His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej granted permission to build the temple and named it Wat Boromrachakanchanaphisek Anusorn by the Chinese Sangha of the Rangsan Sect. And it took more than 12 years to complete. This place has 2 buildings: the front building is where the deities are enshrined. The upper temple enshrines 3 Buddhas. The buildings consist of various temples with beautiful architectural styles. Each temple is decorated with Chinese-style painted patterns. It was built according to the philosophy and principles of the Mahayana Chinese Buddhist sect. The main colors used are blue, red, and gold. There is the Guanyin Bodhisattva temple, the Ten Thousand Buddhas temple, and the Buraphachan temple.
