Wat Chaloem Phrakiat Worawihan - Nonthaburi

This temple has many interesting things, such as the Ubosot, which King Rama III ordered to be built in a Thai-Chinese architectural style, according to royal preference. The roof of the Ubosot is covered with Chinese corrugated clay tiles. The gable is decorated with brightly colored glazed tiles from China, decorated with leaves and peony flowers. Behind the Ubosot, you can see a prominent white pagoda in the background. It is a Sri Lankan-style pagoda. The pagoda is round with a two-tiered octagonal base.
