Red Cliff, Nong Khieo, Laos

#Sea of ​​mist. Beautiful viewpoint. Well worth the hike if you don't get too wet. Take the road out of town and the entrance is on the left. The climb is steep with lots of steps, but if you're slow it's manageable. I set off at 10am in mid-October and while it was quite warm it was fine. Took me 1hr 30min with plenty of stops. I was the only one at the top which was lovely (maybe people are avoiding the midday sun but it wasn't bad on this occasion). Luckily the trail spreads out near the top. I wouldn't have done it if it had been raining as it was very slippery.
