Kogane shrine

#thingstodo Kogane shrine welcomes you with its unique golden torii. It is a beautiful, large and very clean complex in the centre of the city. It is easy to get to and has a good parking area. I visited on a Wednesday and the place was deserted - perfect for me as I hate crowds. The last Friday of the month however, is busy with worshipers receiving their red seals.Highly recommended
