This building is adjacent to the Hotel Nikko Niigata, and boasts the highest height in Niigata City, so the view is great, but it's a little far from the Bandai area💦 But don't worry! The "Sora no Hiroba" observation deck on the 20th floor of the Niigata Nippo Mediaship building also has a great view, and admission is also free.
