[Niigata] Delicious French lunch course🍽️ Restaurant Cave D'Occhi

A hot spring inn with a winery in Niigata ♨️ We introduce the restaurant Caved'tch, located 1-2 minutes walk from Caved'tch Vinespa!!! We had lunch as a perk of our accommodation plan, so it was a course that was only available to guests, but even if you're not a guest, you can eat the prix fixe lunch for 2,750 yen 🍽️ 〰︎〰︎〰︎〰︎ ▼Menu ・Natural yeast baguette & homemade rillettes ・Seasonal vegetable potage ・Homemade jambon blanc and herb salad with tonnato sauce ・Chicken and bamboo shoots baked in pie ・The aroma of creme d'ange and Echigohime tonka beans ・Coffee ☕️ For wine, we ordered a sparkling wine called FUNPY 🍷. ︎〰︎〰︎〰︎ ⁡ ⁡ 🍞Bread It's homemade by Carvedoch, and instead of butter I used Echigo Mochi Pork Rillettes ! The bread was slightly warm, crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside, and it was delicious🤤 ⁡ 🥗Salad The tonnato sauce was really good, but it was a fizzy sauce I'd never tried before. The tuna mayo was made into an espuma, and then extracted with carbonation, so it was a bit fizzy! ⁡ 🍽️Pie wrap The pie was crispy and the bamboo shoots inside had a nice texture😋 Anyway, it was delicious all the way through! ⁡ 🍓 Crème d'Ange It was like a lightly sweet panna cotta, and it was delicious!!!
