｜A Cozy Old Hotel in Downtown New York City

🏨✨ Hotel Elysee 📍🗺 60 East 54th Street, New York City Hotel Elysee is in a great location! It's in downtown New York City, super close to the subway and famous attractions, especially St. Thomas Church and the food and shopping paradise of Fifth Avenue, which are just a few minutes' walk away. The hotel is also conveniently located for transportation. 🚶‍♂️🛍️ The hotel looks a bit plain from the outside, but once you step inside, you can feel the combination of tradition and elegance. The public areas of the hotel are beautifully decorated, from the old furniture to the dining area, everything is refreshing. The front desk staff is also very welcoming, and the smile of the front desk lady made me feel at home when we checked in. 🍷🍇 The rooms are decorated in a country college style, and most of the facilities are a bit old, but overall they are clean and cozy. The rooms are relatively spacious for New York, the beds and pillows are super comfortable, and the rooms are well soundproofed. Although the view outside the window is average, it doesn't affect the overall great stay experience. 🍽️🌄 The continental breakfast every morning is delicious, with a small selection but enough to keep us energized for the day. There is also a happy hour with wine and cheese in the afternoon, and the library area in the hotel is relaxing. Although the main elevator was broken, using the freight elevator instead was not inconvenient at all. 🗺️❤️ The best part is the attractions around the hotel! Central Park is within walking distance, perfect for a morning or evening stroll. The Metropolitan Museum of Art has a collection of art from ancient Egypt to modern times, and it's worth spending an entire afternoon savoring it. And Broadway, don't miss the chance to see a classic musical if you have tickets. Also, if it's your first time in New York, be sure to go to the Empire State Building to experience the spectacular panoramic view. Overall, Hotel Elysee not only has a cozy atmosphere, but the convenient facilities and attractions around it make me linger, it's a perfect New York City living experience!
