[Solo female travel in Sri Lanka] A great value resort hotel in Negombo with a balcony overlooking the ocean!

This time, I would like to introduce Marine Tourist Guest House, a reasonable accommodation in Negombo. It is located on a resort street lined with souvenir shops popular with tourists, such as Spa Ceylon and Luv SL. Perhaps because it is a family-run hotel, the staff are very kind and gentle. They let me leave my luggage after checking out. The room was spacious and had a balcony. I could see the sea. The air conditioning worked well, and the shower had hot water right away. 🚿 The only thing that was a little disappointing was that the toilet was old and had black mold on the lid, and the faucet was wobbly, so it was a little difficult to get water out. Also, this is my own problem, but if you put sweets on it, ants will come over right away, so be careful. 🐜 However, there is an elevator, and you can pay by credit card. The staff are kind and will give you advice on restaurants. There are many restaurants and souvenir shops within walking distance, so I think it is worth the price!
