One of the World Wonders!!! Absolutely Amazing when you hear the history and how the Pyramids were build. The Pyramid is the oldest of the seven wonders of the ancient world. The Pyramid was build 26th century BC over a period of 27 Years. Materials that were used to build the Pyramids; Limestone, mortar, granite. Definitely worth a visit to see for yourself. It's hot but seeing one of the wonders makes it worth it. The Great Pyramids and Sphinx of Giza are about an hour drive from Cairo Airport.
