Naruto Whirlpool (Otsuka Museum of Art closed..)

It rained on the first day, so I went there on the second day, Wednesday. According to the information on Google Maps, it was closed only on Mondays, but it was closed on Wednesdays as well. Because of that, my plan to take a bus after visiting the museum to match the whirlpool time was messed up, and since the bus stop was long, I walked to Naruto Bridge, which took about 30 minutes?
