The main menu of this shop is soba, which is a famous food of Kayabuki No Sato Village because this is a famous soba plantation. Inside the shop, you can also watch the making of soba noodles. The shop's recommended menus are fish tempura soba, chicken soba, and egg rice. We ordered the shop's recommended menu and were not disappointed. The soba noodles were soft and chewy, and the crispy outside and soft inside tempura were a great combination. The egg rice was also delicious. I forgot to mention that this place is also famous for fresh eggs. If anyone comes to visit Kayabuki No Sato Village, try the homemade soba noodles. The shop is right across from the village.
