Nanning 2-day travel guide, no need to be a special forces soldier! Now is a great time for a family trip. If you don't want to rush or stay outdoors for too long, and want to enjoy a leisurely trip in Nanning, check out my guide! 🚶🏻‍♂️My itinerary: Day 1: Sanjie Liangxiang - Shuiyang Market (watch the iron flower show) Day 2: Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Museum - Qingxiu Mountain 📍Sanjie Liangxiang 🏛️Sanjie Liangxiang is the largest historical and cultural district in Nanning's main urban area, located by the Yongjiang River. It not only preserves ancient residential buildings but also integrates modern commercial streets, with many delicious foods and shopping malls. 🫕Here you can not only taste local specialties but also visit historical sites, killing two birds with one stone! 📍Minsheng Square Shuiyang Market 🌅Minsheng Square is just across the street from Sanjie Liangxiang. There is a Changyou Pavilion here, where you can enjoy the view of the Yongjiang River, take a walk along the river, and enjoy the breeze. You can also watch the sunset in the evening. 💥There is also an intangible cultural heritage iron flower show at 8 pm or 10 pm, highly recommended! 📍Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Museum 🎟️Tickets: Free, reservation required ⏱️Opening hours: 9:00-17:00, closed on Mondays❗️ 🏫This is a national first-class museum, a comprehensive history museum where you can explore history and culture. 🐲This year, there is also a special exhibition of the animal heads from the Old Summer Palace, which requires a separate ticket for 30 yuan. If you are interested, you can check it out. 📍Qingxiu Mountain⛰️ 🎟️Tickets: 20 yuan/person, half price for children, students, and seniors, free for children under 6 years old or under 1.2m, and seniors over 65 years old ⏱️Opening hours: 6:00-23:59 🚂Sightseeing bus and train operating hours: 8:00-18:00 ❗️Qingxiu Mountain is very large, a 5A scenic spot in Nanning. If you want to visit the entire area, it is recommended to spend at least an afternoon. If you don't have enough time or don't want to exert too much effort, you can refer to my route: 1️⃣Shade Plant Garden (the most popular place in the scenic area, with mist creating a fairy-like atmosphere) 2️⃣Orchid Garden Lawn (many free-range peacocks, great for photos with mist, like a fairyland) 3️⃣Sky Garden (many different types of orchid bonsai) ⏱️Approx. 2 hours, not tiring, just enough time to return to the entrance after a full circle. 👉Tips: There are many mosquitoes and insects in Qingxiu Mountain, it is recommended to wear long sleeves and pants or bring mosquito repellent for a better experience.
