Singapore Memory (Golden Eagle Mall, Nanjing) My family and I had a pleasant lunch at Singapore Memory, a cozy restaurant offering Singaporean and Malaysian flavors. Here’s a breakdown of our experience: We ordered a variety of dishes, including: -Fried Rice Meal Bowls. -Malaysian Curry with Buns – A highlight! The curry was rich and aromatic, and the soft buns were perfect for dipping. -Chicken Skewers – Tender and flavorful -Lamb Dish – Juicy and well-spiced -Noodles – Decent, but not as memorable as the curry. -Drinks – Refreshing Overall, the food was tasty and delivered authentic Southeast Asian flavors.
