BEST family hotel in Nanjing!✌🏼

I recently had a pleasure of staying at Club Med Urban Oasis Xianlin Nanjing Resort with my daughter and my friends for an overnight staycation. I am impressed to see that their facilities are top-notch, with everything you could possibly need for a relaxing and enjoyable family/friends staycation. What truly sets Club Med apart, is the exceptional staff service. Every team member we encountered was friendly, professional and went out of their way to ensure our stay was unforgettable and perfect! I would like to mention Jaynie who went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing experience. Her attention to detail, warm demeanor, and willingness to help with every request made our visit unforgettable. She gave us free kayaking tickets (which we couldn’t use because of the extreme heat and humidity), but I was very thankful for the warm gesture. Additionally, a huge thank you to Ms. Jennifer and Poll (the Filipino band) for keeping us entertained throughout our entire stay! In the evening, they have a water fountain light show that lasts about 10 minutes. It was amazing. 🤩 They also have different kind of activities for kids and families to enjoy during their stay.
