National scenic hiking trail

Attractions - When it gets too hot in the summer, Meiling mountain park is the best city getaway. Most of the park is in the forest and the temperatures under the trees are much cooler. The park has a very interesting metal path that takes you up to the forest path around the mountain. Cars and bikes are not allowed in the area so it's ideal for families.
