#0YenTravel2025Autumn I went to a trendy bar in Nagoya Station 🍷🤍 The interior had an antique Italian feel, and it felt like I was overseas! 🇮🇹🪞🌿 I tried a variety of the restaurant's recommended dishes 🍽️💭 First up was their specialty beef cutlet 🥩✨ It was deep-fried and very filling, but the herb-scented batter was crispy, and I ate it in no time ( ˶ˊᵕˋ˵ )💓 The carefully selected small plates were fun, filled with unique dishes. 🫶🏻💫 The "Numa Bread" was especially delicious. 🤤💭 Rye bread soaked in anchovy butter and grilled with cheese on a hot plate. The aroma was simply delicious... 🧀 The chickpea-based Mediterranean dish, char-grilled peppers and edamame hummus, had a rich, mellow flavor that was addictive. 🥹💚 Fritted small sardines from Minamichita were refreshing with a generous dash of lemon. 🍋🐟 Black-haired The Wagyu Wasa Beef was a fantastic combination of meat and vegetables, and a dish that allowed for a variety of flavors to be enjoyed. 🥩💐 And the most popular final dish was the rich, carbonara-style stone-grilled risotto. 🍳🧀💛 The risotto, made with rice-grain-sized pasta, was incredibly rich and creamy, a true delight... 🫠💭 The crepes for dessert were also, of course, delicious. 🥹🍓🤍 Not only was the stylish space and meat dishes great, but every dish was packed with care, leaving me super satisfied. 🕯️💫 I highly recommend everyone to give it a try!
