ÉCHIRÉ, located on the first floor of JR Takashimaya in Nagoya, is pinned to my map. The first time I passed by, it was evening, and the eclairs were already sold out. I stopped by again before leaving Nagoya and grabbed two eclairs and two pistachio biscuits. ÉCHIRÉ cream, a French AOP (Protected Designation of Origin) cream, was born in the village of ÉCHIRÉ in western France. It boasts a unique flavor and a smooth texture, often used in premium desserts and favored by Michelin-starred restaurants. Desserts made with this exceptional cream are naturally delicious. The cream filling is sweet but not cloying, and the generously sized eclairs are incredibly filling, leaving you feeling incredibly full.
