I discovered this restaurant when I came to Nagoya last time, but I didn't make a reservation and it was full all day during the summer vacation, so I missed it in the end. Travel to Hayao Miyazaki’s fairy tale world and have a meal! The decoration inside the store is very cute, with many, many, many scenes and characters from various animations of Hayao Miyazaki. Almost every table has a cute character "eating with you", which maximizes the emotional value! The dishes on the menu are all based on the animations and the corresponding characters, including the drinks and desserts. The colors and shapes are very beautiful, and they are served with the prototype dolls. It is totally irresistible. As for the dishes, I personally think the taste is very good, and the price is not expensive. A main course is 1,000 yen, a dessert is 800, and a drink is 700. A bowl of ramen outside may cost eight or nine hundred. Add to that the environment, shape, sense of ritual and emotional value, the price-performance ratio is simply too high. Tips: Reservations required! There is basically no space on site. But making an appointment is a bit troublesome and requires a phone call. Therefore, it is recommended that students who live near Osu or plan to reserve a few days in Nagoya should go and have a look first, ask the waiter on the spot which time periods are available in the next one or two days, and make reservations directly on the spot. The business hours are 11:00-18:00, and the store closes at 18:00, so it is basically lunch and afternoon tea, and you can also have breakfast and dinner. The entire menu can be ordered at any time, so it is recommended to go at three or four in the afternoon when there may be fewer people. You can ask when you make a reservation. There is a set meal for lunch that is only available to guests with reservations. It costs 1,600 yen for 1 main course + 1 drink, and a small gift will be included. However, it is only available if you order the set meal when making a reservation! Anyone in the restaurant can take photos at will, provided that they do not affect other guests' dining. So try not to use lights, make loud noises, or occupy photo-taking spots for long periods of time. The time limit for each group of guests to dine in the restaurant is 90 minutes. Generally, they order dishes first after they are seated, take photos and check in while the restaurant is preparing the dishes, and then when the meal is served, they can take photos and enjoy the meal!
