Atsuta Shrine Festival / Atsuta Festival

The Atsuta Festival is the grandest of the 70 or so festivals held at Atsuta Shrine each year. The emperor's envoys are sent to the shrine to display goheimotsu (white paper streamers in Shinto belief).
