Nagasaki Atomic Bomb Museum and Peace Memorial Hall.

During World War II, Nagasaki was also the target of an atomic bombing. At the Peace Memorial Park, located right by the Atomic Bomb Museum tram station, you can visit statues and other memorials dedicated to the victims and wishing for peace. Just a short walk from the park is the Nagasaki Atomic Bomb Museum. At the Nagasaki Atomic Bomb Museum, you can learn about the horrors of the bombing through videos and other exhibits. There are also visually impactful displays such as a reconstruction of the side wall of the Urakami Cathedral, which was destroyed in the blast. Additionally, there is a small observation deck-like spot where you can overlook the city.
