AORE Nagaoka From the Nagaoka Station ticket gate, you can walk directly to the Citizen Exchange Hall and Arena on the 3rd floor of AORE Nagaoka in about 3 minutes without getting wet in the rain or snow. Address: 1-4-10 Ote-dori, Nagaoka City, Niigata Prefecture This is the first complex in Japan to combine an arena that can accommodate 5,000 people, an open-feeling Netsuki Plaza, and a city hall.
