Wat Phra Bat Pu Pha Daeng, Lampang

Wat Phutthabat Suthawat, formerly Wat Chaloem Phrakiat Phra Chom Klao Rachanusorn (Wat Phra Bat Pu Pha Daeng), or another name that the locals like to call it is "Doi Pu Yak (Doi Phra Bat Pu Pha Daeng)". This temple has been honored as a tourist attraction "Unseen Thailand". Inside the temple, there is a footprint of the Lord Buddha inscribed on a large stone slab. You have to drive up for about 3 kilometers, then walk up the mountain for about 1 kilometer. Location: Village No. 7, Ban Tung Thong, Wichet Nakhon Subdistrict, Chae Hom District, Lampang Province Directions: From Lampang city, take Highway No. 1035 to Chae Hom District. From Chae Hom city, about 1 kilometer, there is a fork on the left. Look for the archway to enter the village of Le Yao. Then turn in for about 200 meters, and you will find the way to Wat Phutthabat Suthawat on the left. Open for visits: Every day from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
