I ordered the Slow Cooked A4 Wagyu Beef Char Siu Ramen Black Garlic Soup”, the slow cooked A4 Wagyu is really amazing, it melts in your mouth, the beef flavor is rich, great! The black garlic soup is quite fragrant, but not too overpowering. The noodles were cooked just right, not too soft and not too hard, yummy! I also ordered a slow-cooked beef tongue core with grapefruit white miso chicken soup. Finally, I ordered a plate of Japanese fried dumplings. The skin is crispy and the filling is beautiful. It's not bad. The environment of the place is quite comfortable, the service attitude is quite good. The restaurant is free of charge and 10% service charge.
