The reason why Utopia Family Tourist Hotel is a great value hotel is because it operates a free breakfast restaurant. I didn't have high expectations because it was free, but it had all the essentials of an American-style breakfast, including toast and egg dishes that you can make yourself, simple juice, and coffee.
