Mokpo's best restaurant, Choi So-kki

📍At least one meal on the 1st floor, 20 Yeongsan-ro, Mokpo-si, Jeollanam-do ✔️A seasonal menu including tempeh soy sauce pasta, one-plate (sweet tofu, soy yogurt, etc.), and dried shiitake mushrooms. ✔️A completely vegan restaurant run by five young people. Seeing that they've now switched to a summer menu, it seems we visited at the end of spring. It was my first time trying tempeh, and even I, who hates beans, was able to enjoy it without any problems. The soy yogurt was incredibly rich and paired well with the passion fruit, and the dried shiitake mushrooms were incredibly delicious.
