Tropic of Cancer Sign Park (Mojiang County, Yunnan Province, 4A)

The Tropic of Cancer Sign Park is a national 4A-level tourist attraction, a provincial astronomical science education base, and a patriotism education base. It is located in Mojiang County, Pu'er City, Yunnan Province, China, to the west of Mojiang County and to the east of the Mojiang section of the Kunming-Bangkok Expressway. It was built in 1993 and covers an area of 3.82 square kilometers. It is a theme park that integrates science knowledge of astronomy, geography, climate, and plants with garden art and ethnic culture. It is also one of the largest and most functional Tropic of Cancer sign parks in the world. The Tropic of Cancer Sign Park is built with the position of the Tropic of Cancer (23°26'N) as the main axis. From east to west, from low to high, and then from high to low, there are the Gate of the Tropic of Cancer, the Road of the Sun, Kua Fu Chasing the Sun, Stone Ring, Transcendence, Sun and Moon, Sundial (Echo Wall), Main Sign Hall (Sun Tower), and Planetarium.
