|Wusuli Shoal: China's Northernmost Viewpoint. Wusuli Shoal is located next to the Heilongjiang River, which forms the border between China and Russia. The coordinates of the shoal are 123°15′30″E, 53°33′42″N. There are two large stones on either side of the sign, one of which reads "Northern Sky Stone" and the other "Congratulations! You've found the north!" 📍📍📍Located in Daohong Village, Mohe, Daxing'anling The northern bank of the shoal is the Heilongjiang River, the border between China and Russia. The river is magnificent and the banks are flat. In winter, the snow covers the fields, creating a silver world. The natural beauty of the area is a wonder of the world. The Tuqiang Forestry Bureau has developed the area into a natural scenic area.
