Tobu Zoo combines an amusement park and a zoo

This amusement facility in Saitama combines an amusement park and a zoo. It takes about 15 minutes on foot from Tobu Dobutsu Koen Station on the Tobu Line. Many of the attractions are old-fashioned, and the zoo does not have many animals, but you can enjoy the atmosphere of an old-fashioned Japanese amusement park. Other highlights include a giant roller coaster and a white tiger exhibit. The white tiger has given birth to a baby, which will be exhibited in January 2025. The park is lit up from Christmas to New Year, and there are slightly cheaper tickets for admission from the evening. The lighting is gorgeous and worth a look.
