Rakujuen Park is loc

Rakujuen Park is located in the heart of Mishima City, Shizuoka, Japan. It is most lively during Autumn when the locals hold their annual Autumn Festival. During that time, the locals hold a Flower Exhibit contest where they build statues and architectures made of and decorated with flowers as in the picture.
