Checked in at Huayi Wanchuang·Xinsuo Huayi Wanchuang·Xinsuo is located at No. 1391, Minhang District, Shanghai, near the intersection of Humin Road and Jianchuan Road, about 400 meters walking distance from Exit 1 of Jianchuan Road Station on Metro Line 5, which makes it conveniently accessible. This place has a profound industrial heritage, originally being the site of the Greater China Zhengtai Rubber Factory. In 2019, Huayi Group, Shanghai Vanke, and Minhang Nongsheng, three companies, jointly redesigned and transformed the factory area and 18 buildings. By preserving the elements of the factory and highlighting modern factors, they constructed a green corridor walkway, pedestrian bridges, riverside landscapes, fitness and leisure areas. The park also introduced various businesses such as a rowing club, bookstore, flower shop, tea house, and coffee shop, turning it into a science and innovation park that integrates research and development, work and living, and leisure and fitness.
