Rubber Factory Transforms into Science and Innovation Park ~ Greater China Zhengtai Venue Memory Exhibition Located at No. 1391, Humin Road, Minhang District, Shanghai, this venue has a large scale and a long history. Established in 1926, the rubber factory was known as the 'cradle of China's national rubber industry', producing the first pair of 'Double Coin' brand rubber shoes and creating the famous domestic brand 'HuiLi' tires. In 2019, the Greater China Zhengtai Rubber Factory underwent industrial transformation and the production line was moved out. Huayi Group, Shanghai Vanke, and Minhang Nongsheng three companies utilized the existing factory buildings for renovation and transformed the Greater China Zhengtai Rubber Factory into Huayi Wanchuang·Xin Suo Science and Innovation Park, which was completed and opened in 2021.
