While sightseeing in the Boso Peninsula, we came across Odori Kitchen in Shirahama, which uses local ingredients, and ordered baked pasta from Jizayo-no-san. We enjoyed everything from appetizers to dessert. We visited without a reservation, just after 1pm, outside of lunchtime, but it was bustling with ladies. After looking into it, we found out it's a popular restaurant and we recommend making a reservation.
