Healing trip to Mile As a Yunnan local, I highly recommend Mile, a small city in southeastern Yunnan. It's clean, comfortable, and quiet. The climate here is pleasant all year round, and there are abundant geothermal resources. In addition to the hot springs, I also love the food here, such as Zhadian milk and marinated chicken rolls, which have a unique rustic flavor of Yunnan. The location is also very convenient, just half an hour by high-speed train from Kunming, or a little over an hour by car. This time, I chose to stay at the Lake Spring Tianyi Hotel in Mile. The hotel has a Southeast Asian resort style, and the rooms are all detached villas. You can soak in the hot springs, swim, chat with your friends, and spend a quiet day.
