The legend of the legend Sakura

#aprilblooms It is a nationally designated natural monument, which is estimated to be more than 1000 years old, and is one of the three largest cherry blossoms in Japan. In Reiwa 4, it celebrated its 100th anniversary of being designated as a national natural monument. The tree is 13.5 metres high, the root circumference is 11.3 metres, and the branches are 25 metres from the trunk to the east and 20 metres from the north to the south, and the appearance from close is a masterpiece. It is also said that it came to be called "taki cherry blossoms" because small light red flowers bloom all over the branches and look like a falling waterfall. Not only during the day, but also the waterfall cherry blossoms lit up at night are a must-see.
