Hiroshima Prefecture. Major transfer station for conventional lines: "Itozaki"

From "Mihara Station" in the west to "Onomichi Station" in the east, you often see trains bound for "Itosaki Station" when sightseeing in Hiroshima. "Itosaki Station" has a strong presence as a major transfer station for Hiroshima's conventional lines. The station is simply built, and looking around the station... There is nothing particularly conspicuous, except for a road with frequent traffic in front of the station that runs parallel to the tracks. It seems like a station where you can wait for time to pass even if you have to wait to transfer to a train. If you have a long wait to get to your next destination, it might be a good idea to use it as a station to use the restroom! The scenery along the tracks between Itosaki and Onomichi is a beautiful coastline, so don't forget to take good care of your camera here. I recommend that you keep a "seat by the sea" when transferring here to Onomichi.
