Superb Views!

You could either hike here through the inland route or take a quick 30 minutes or so of ferry to San Fruttuoso. There is not much to do here except for a museum monastery and a small beach. Unfortunately because we hiked here. By the time we reached in the noon, the tiny beach was packed with tourists. But the hike is the best part. Extraordianry views along the way. It can be a bit challenging for those who are not used to. But once you get here you can laze around the beach. Perhaps taking a boat early in the morning or starting sooner would allow for space on the beach. There are a couple of decently priced restaurants too. All in all it can make for a pretty nice day out. It's between Genoa and Portofino. It can be a bit of a hidden gem, had it not been for the ferry making it easy to get here.
