Abbey Road - London

Abbey Road Pedestrian Crossing became famous after the Beatles released the Abbey Road album in 1969. The cover of the album where four members of the Beatles crossed Abbey Road at a pedestrian crossing. In December 2010, the intersection was given historic status, a similar designation to Abbey Road Studios itself. The Abbey Road Pedestrian Crossing is one of London's most popular tourist attractions thanks to the popularity of the Beatles. Thousands of people cross the pedestrian crossing on Abbey Road, copying the steps of the Beatles. Drivers driving on Abbey Road are forced to stop on the street whenever tourists and fans copy the steps of the Beatles crossing the street. #visitlondon
