#malaka Poh San Teng Temple (宝山亭) is located in Jalan Puteri Hang Li Poh, Bukit Cina, Melaka. Just next to the Hang Li Poh Well and Bukit China (where early traders from China were buried). Founded in 18th century, during the era of Dutch Malacca by Chinese Kapitan Chua Su Cheong. It was also built to commemorate Laksamana Zheng Ho (A China mariner, explorer, diplomat who was visited Malacca for 5 times) The Hang Li Poh Well(also known as the King's Well) was built in 1459 by Sultan Mansur Shah for his wife, a princess from China, Princess Hang Li Poh. This place is one of the famous tourist attraction to learn about the history and cultural of Malacca Chinese. Open daily from 8am - 6pm and free admission.
