The first city that I traveled to Indonesia was Medan. We also spent a few days at Lake Toba. It was a summer trip ☀️ We took ferry to reach Lake Toba and checked in to Zoe’s Paradise Waterfront Hotel. A new place in Medan located in Tengah, which is a place where has some restaurants available. The place looks nice. It has indoor and outdoor that has different vibes that will make you hard to choose where to sit. Foods that available here are western foods like pizza, pasta and some fried fries. This cafe/coffee shop provides a variety of specialty coffee/non coffee drinks. There is also a manual brew and (which the owner offers directly) pure cold brew which he says is like a manual brew except that everything is done by a machine. Let's try. It turned out that the results did not disappoint, the taste of the cold manual brew had a clean aftertaste and was really cold and refreshing in the hot weather in the field. Overall my visit to the 2-floor cafe with a clean tropical nuance was very memorable, highly recommended for coffee lovers ☕ #wecreate

Bangkok Spring Rolls 6/10. The pizza is 7/10. Forgot the name of the drink but the taste is 6/10. Spacious parking lot. There is indoor and outdoor seating. It's just that the outdoor is super hot maybe the night will be cool. If the indoor is cool and spacious. Lots of photo spots and instagramable. Hangout with friends and family is perfect. A wonderful stay at this hotel. Grab is easily accessible from this hotel. Wifi is okay. Breakfast selection is okay for me. The breakfast menu changes daily. So it is a good thing for guest to be able to eat different breakfast everyday. There is water dispenser available at each floor. If you need iron, just call receptionist, staff will send iron to your room. Staff are friendly. Rooms are cleaned daily. I really recommend staying at this hotel. This is the latest rooftop bar in Medan with live band and DJs every night singing Mandarin, English and Local songs. Sound system is not top notch, but at least comfortable to sit down sip some beer and listen the live music. Ordered its finger food - garlic chicken, french fries, melinjo (empeng) crackers and garlic peanuts. Not bad and reasonable priced. I reckon the pool side seating is better than the indoor seating because of the night scenery and breeze from all corner. #wecreate

The place is nice and cozy, the food tasted not bad at all but just okay, nothing really special. In fact it kinda feels overpriced for the taste since you can have the same dish that tastes better around that price somewhere else, but if the coziness of the place is what you're looking for and you don't mind a just-okay meal, then this place is definitely good for you. #wecreate

This is more like a fancy resto lounge (club), really something new in town (more like Los Angeles vibe than Bali, imo), all the staff here dress like a club bodyguard with all black outfit, but dont worry all the staff are super friendly. But this place might be difficult to find, bc there is no any signage at the front road. (inside a residential kompleks). Food plating are nice tho, the choco lava plating looks nice also taste good too. Parking spaces are hugh inside, and the best time to come here are at the afternoon near the sunset. #wecreate
