Matterhorn Zermatt

We took the train up to the observation deck and then went down. The view from the window on the way up was amazing, and we could see the Matterhorn to our right. It may depend on the season, but if we went early in the morning, the air was very clear and it was lovely. It was around 9 o'clock. The train is expensive, so if you are going to the observation deck multiple times on different days, I recommend buying a half ticket. It is often covered in white mist, but if it is a sunny day, the scenery will change if you wait a little, so it is worth waiting a little. There are many restaurants, so it is nice to eat while looking at the spectacular view, but it is also nice to eat what you have made or bought at the supermarket in the field. There are many places with lots of rocks and poor footing, so if you are worried, I recommend bringing sticks.
